Half day room hire rates are only available if booking within a month of the event date.
A Daily Delegate Rate of £62 per person is available for events of more than 50 people.
There is a charge of £100 for early access between 7am - 8am.
There is a service charge for all dinners / evening meetings after 5.50pm of £295
A minimum catering charge of £11.60 per person will be applied to meetings of more than 30 people.
Members of EEF receive a discount on room hire when they quote their Association and membership number (if known) when booking.
Rooms booked through lunch, thereby taking them over the half-day session, will be charged the hourly rate between 13hrs - 14hrs. Should a booking overrun further the all day charge will be applied.

We also have a small business centre where you can access your e-mails free of charge (depending upon demand on the day).
